What Are the Steps to Becoming a Franchisee?
Becoming part of the True Flow team is a straightforward and collaborative process. Here’s how it works:
Initial Contact: Reach out to us to express your interest in joining True Flow. We’ll schedule a time to discuss your goals and answer your initial questions.
Interviews: We’ll host a series of interviews to dive into our core values, mission, and expectations. This is a chance for both sides to ensure alignment and explore whether we’re the right fit for each other.
Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD): If the interviews go well, we’ll share the FDD with you. This comprehensive document outlines everything you need to know about the franchise opportunity.
Discovery Day: You’ll be invited to our Discovery Day, where you’ll meet our leadership team, learn more about our operations, and get a behind-the-scenes look at True Flow.
Decision and Agreement: After Discovery Day, if both sides agree it’s a great match, you’ll sign the franchise agreement and officially join the team.

While prior experience in the sprinkler industry isn’t necessary, we value individuals with a history of overcoming challenges and achieving success in their personal or professional lives. Not at all! True Flow is designed to support individuals from all backgrounds. Whether you’re familiar with sprinkler systems or have never touched one, our comprehensive training program will give you all the tools and knowledge you need to succeed.
What matters most is your willingness to learn, work hard, and embrace the values and systems that make True Flow unique. We’ll teach you the technical and business skills—just bring your dedication and drive.
Typically, the process from your initial inquiry to signing the franchise agreement takes 30 to 60 days. This timeline allows for thoughtful decision-making and ensures you have all the information you need.
Even if you’re awarded a franchise, we may recommend postponing your launch to align with the most appropriate time of year for your market. There’s plenty to accomplish between signing the agreement and opening your business, and we’ll help you make the most of that time.
